Florinda Trombetta

Graduate in Pedagogy was born in Milan on April 6, 1981. Visually impaired, competes with Società Canottieri Milano, participating in two Paralympics London and Rio. She has been working at Adecco for 15 years. A story, hers, told through a key word: #welcoming, the same that has been reserved for her since her arrival, through the support provided in technology and human support, perceived by simple but significant actions such as the possibility of reconciling her work with her passion for rowing, and the entry into the company of her guide dog, Grey. She is married to Francesco Cusati, now vice-president of UICI, and has worked at the Fondazione Istituto dei Ciechi di Milano since 1998 as a lecturer in computer science and since 2004 as head of labor policies.
