How much does the ticket cost?

If you buy your ticket online the prices are:

1 day: €15,00 (instead of €20,00)

3 days: €22,50 (instead of €30,00)

Can I buy tickets directly at the event?

Yes, but we suggest you do it online.

 I am a journalist or blogger: how do I access the fair?

You can apply for press accreditation.

What are the opening hours?

Visitors: Friday - Saturday- Sunday: from 9.30 am to 07.00 pm;

Exhibitors and staff: Friday - Saturday - Sunday: from 8.30 am to 07.30 pm;

 Can students enter?

Yes, fashion students can enter the event. 

Can under 18s enter?

Children can enter the event if the accompanying person completes a 'declaration of responsibility' at the reception desk. Up to the age of 12, the entrance ticket is free. From 13 to 17 years of age, an onsite entrance ticket can be purchased at a cost of €5.00. 

What services are available for people with disabilities?

Fiera Milano has a Mobility Centre with services, aids and routes equipped for people with disabilities. For more information CLICK HERE. 

Can I enter with an animal?

Unfortunately not, small, medium or large animals are not allowed to enter. 

What payment methods are accepted for purchasing the ticket?

You can choose to pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Paypal. 

I have not received my ticket. What should I do?

Si Sposaitalia Collezioni is a paid event, reserved for trade operators. You can purchase your ticket here.

Exhibitors have invitations available for their top customers. If you are among them, please contact the company directly to receive one. 

I have purchased the ticket but have not received any e-mails, what should I do?

The e-mail with the ticket should arrive in your mailbox within a few minutes after the purchase, we advise you to check that the e-mail address you entered is correct and also to check your spam folder. In case of need, you can always write to visitatori.sposaitalia@fieramilano.it

Can I change the name on the ticket I have already purchased?

No, once the ticket has been purchased it is not possible to change the name, but no identity documents are required at the entrance.

I have purchased my ticket but can no longer come, can I request a refund?

No, once the ticket has been purchased it cannot be refunded. 

Is it possible to change the days/times chosen at the time of purchase?

The choice of day and time slot is indicative and not binding, therefore only the type of ticket purchased (1 or 3 days) will be valid.

How can I reach the fairgrounds?

Si Sposaitalia Collezioni is located in Milan and can be easily reached from anywhere in Italy and abroad: choose how you want to reach the fairgrounds. Here you will find all the information.

By car: which address should I put on the navigator?

Via Lodovico Scarampo. Coordinates: 45.48330, 9.14772

Where can I park?

Visitors to access the car park on the roof of pav. 4 will access from RAMPA TEODORICO (beside Gate 10) - Viale Teodorico - 20149 MILANO. For more information, click here

Payment will be made directly c/o the car park manager (APCOA)

Where can I leave my luggage? Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, at Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni there is a cloakroom where you can also leave your luggage.

Where can I eat at the fair?

You will find bars with snacks and light lunches that are sure to meet your taste buds.
