Bridal&ceremony digital talk: what future? A word to buyers

Starting again, united, creating synergy and looking to the future with confidence: in order to do this it is important to listen to one's own reference community and lend a voice to the market.

This is a complex framework that Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni continues to investigate by listening to market players and sector leaders in a systematic effort aimed at being proactive and seeking concrete solutions. Many insights have emerged during meetings that have stimulated positive messages and a great desire to return to a new normality.

Just as the role of a physical atelier is important in directing a bride's choices by virtue of the fundamental emotional content that arises within it, in the same way it is important to experience events at first-hand. It is at the fair that inspiration becomes sublimated, where a showcase acquires consistency, and where stimuli are transformed into creative and commercial energies that the underlying system cannot do without. The virtual world, even with all its advantages, cannot replace the value of live events where networking and conviviality of meetings is a sine qua non condition for success. Also, and above all, at the moment of buying a wedding dress you have to see, touch, and try it on: in a similar way to what happens in the atelier environment, the same thing happens for buyers.

The sector is substantially rethinking its structure, imagining new frontiers for display and sharing, exploiting the potential of digital systems and putting increasingly elaborate creative processes into play: and this has also affected the way of making purchases. Which is and always will be more attentive, and considered; even more focussed on the value of the product in which aesthetics combine with a content where the priority is the Made in Italy story. Because what lasts, what remains, and what is the fruit of values that are always recognizable and capable of making a difference: that is what purchases in the near future will focus on.

The boutiques from all over Italy that participated in the digital discussions were: Maison Magic (NA), Atelier Mod'art (Candiolo -TO), Atelier Anna Spose (PD), Atelier Spose (Sulmona - AQ), Atelier Piras (NU), Magazzini D'Amico (PA), Atelier Lucente (Lavino di Mezzo - BO), Alba Wedding (Grottaminarda - AV) and Sogno di Sposa (Filottrano - AN).

The next appointment with the bridal community will be in March and we will talk about Generation Z: trends, numbers and values.
