A homage to wedding parties, dresses and the iconic sweet finale, the deliciously fun Moschino show.
The Autumn-Winter 2020/21 Moschino show celebrates art, sweetness and the creativity of wedding cakes, their desire to always entertain and astonish.
Delicious is the perfect adjective to describe the show which Jeremy Scott, Moschino stylist, has dedicated to the upcoming autumn winter season. Proof that the allure of wedding cakes is irresistible, to the point that there is a desire and the possibility to wear them. The invite was just the prelude, the entrée: three tiers of glazing with garland decorations. Irina Shayk, Gigi Hadid and other models strutted down the catwalk with court lady hairstyles, equally full of colour, citing the aesthetics of Marie Antoinette, magically recounted in Sofia Coppola's film, in which Kirsten Dunst, who plays the Queen, glided from dress to sweet pastel in a sort of sugary continuity. A celebration of the ceremony in all its icons, from the wedding dress, with swan wing sleeves, to those of guests. An ironic and passionate dedication to the big day and its enthusiasm, a collective ritual which never ceases to seduce.
